How do I apply for a Poland passport?

Gather the required documents such as proof of citizenship, ID, and passport-sized photos. Fill out the passport application form, which is available online or at a Polish consulate.

Pay the application fee, which varies depending on your age and location, and wait for processing, which usually takes several weeks.

Can I have dual passports?

Yes, Poland allows dual citizenship. If you hold another nationality, you are not required to give up your current citizenship to obtain or retain Polish citizenship.

However, Poland recognizes you as a Polish citizen first, so when in Poland, you must use your Polish passport.

Keep in mind that the other country involved may have different laws about dual citizenship. Some countries do not allow it, so you should check with the relevant authorities of your other nationality to ensure there are no conflicts.

Additional fees may apply for document searches and registration of divorce records, about which the client will be informed after the initial consultation.

The first payment, amounting to 50%, is made at the beginning of the process, while the second and final 50% is due at the end of the process, once all necessary documents, translations, and applications are ready for submission to the Polish authorities.
